The Comforts of Art
Tamsin Mehmel
26-29 July 2021

Tamsin Mehmel is a fifth year interior architecture student at Victoria University of Wellington working on a thesis that responds to the question of how sculptural architecture in residential interiors can reduce the effects of work-related anxiety.

Mehmel's written research approaches a more artistic type of home that draws from classical eras of architecture to improve one’s ability to truly relax at home after work.

In response to written research, the exhibition space aims to improve one’s mood through responding to art installations.
